Fotoblog Gumbo

Ok, we're back from our annual pilgrimage to WPPI -- the best photography convention for professionals, period. We met some great new friends, got to party with some old and dear ones, and generally refreshed our brains with lots of new inspirations and ideas. Lookout!

We didn't enter many prints in this year's competition, but we still did well with four receiving scores high enough to hang with the best. The photographers from Australia and Canada generally kick everyone's butt in competition--there were some truly amazing images on display. Special congratulations and thanks to our clients who allow us the freedom to create special images. "Wings of Desire", above, was reinterpreted for the competition and was our highest scoring print.
